Why we don't have PayPal?

Ukraine has been urging payments giant PayPal to fully launch its services in the country for years.

Despite numerous accusations, the Ukrainian regulator stated that there were no barriers and that everything was the will of the company itself.

“So far, the National Bank of Ukraine has not yet received documents about PayPal’s intention to work in Ukraine” - said the director of the Department of Payment Systems and Innovative Development of the National Bank in January 2022.

UPDATE: On March 17 2022, PayPal allowed private payments in Ukraine. We really hope that soon PayPal will also be available for businesses.
